At Gajmoti, we aim to provide a hassle-free return and exchange process that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Returns Policy:
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the right fit. Our return policy ensures a smooth process:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: No cash refunds or store credits will be provided.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

    • All original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates must be intact.

    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

    • Full unboxing video is required for initiating a return.

    • In case the product is damaged or not in good condition upon delivery, it will be exchanged, and a full unboxing video is mandatory.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

  • The exchange value should be equal to or greater than the original purchase amount. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Full unboxing video is required for initiating an exchange.

Repair Policy:
We provide repair services to ensure your Gajmoti jewelry retains its charm for years to come:

  • Repair Charges: Repairs are charged at ₹500 + shipping fees.

  • Eligibility: Repairs are available for minor damages or size adjustments (e.g., ring resizing up to +1/-1). Additional eligible repairs include scratches, stone damage, or size adjustments.

  • Customers must ship the item to Gajmoti and bear the shipping costs. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired item.

Conditions:

  • For minor damage, size adjustments, or stone damage:

    • Condition 1: Repair (Full unboxing video required)

    • Condition 2: Exchange (Full unboxing video required)

  • For major damage: Return is always an option (Full unboxing video required).
